Means and restrictions of administrative control bodies in the field of the preservation of public decency

Abstract
It is agreed that the administrative control authorities do not have absolute freedom to take their means in order to achieve the goals of public taste. Rather, they are restricted by certain legal rules so that they do not exceed their limits, so their function turns into a tyrannical act, where rights are squandered and freedoms are violated. Therefore, the administrative control authorities, when they intervene, are In order to preserve public taste in society, it must not violate the rights and freedoms of individuals. Accordingly, we can define the means of administrative control in the field of maintaining public taste as the legal tools available to the administration to ensure the preservation of public taste, as it is not sufficient for the validity of the control activity to impose the administration’s control over public freedoms. Rather, it must be restricted in choosing one of the legal means according to its effectiveness in achieving the preservation of public taste.
The second requirement is the restrictions imposed on administrative control bodies for the purpose of achieving the preservation of public taste. In the research, we discuss the means and restrictions specific to administrative control bodies in the field of preserving public taste, and we discussed the matters related to it in two requirements. In the first requirement, we explained the means of administrative control bodies in achieving public taste.
