Abstract
The Iinternational System based on (rules) is, in reality, a purely American-Western industry, which was created to preserve the legacy of Western control and secure the interests of the capitalist system. In theory, I want these rules to regulate international relations and govern the behavior and orientations of other countries of the world (East/South). So that any departure from it will confront the entire West militarily, security-wise, politically and economically.
The United Nations and its institutions (the Security Council) were entrusted with implementing the appropriate resolutions, and thanks to the United States’ hegemony over the United Nations, especially after the end of the Cold War, it became part of the system of “defending/preserving” its interests and asserting its supremacy, which resulted in a frightening rise in the adoption of “blatant duality.” , deception and lying, forgery and falsification, contradiction between the advertiser and the hidden) to damage international relations.
The United States and the Western powers were unable to make the Al-Aqsa flood (the Gaza war) a small matter with limited impact, even in the West Asian region, but the ray of its influence reached the entire world, and it became a global humanitarian and human rights issue. On the other hand, we find an established axis of non-state actors who may form a pole in the field of transformation towards a new international order that is not controlled by the West alone.
