The importance of the research lies in addressing the procedures for Stopping an administrative lawsuit and drawing the attention of the legislator to these procedures, since the administrative organization lacks rules that regulate the Stopping of an administrative lawsuit and its procedures in order to assist the administrative judiciary in carrying out ist tasks of redressing the opponents in the lawsuit and achieving the right .without the presence of these rules .it is difficult for the administrative judiciary to carry out ist work .Even if the legislator had transferred the missing procedural rules to the code of Procedure ,because there are fundamental differences between both the administrative lawsuit and the civil lawsuit .
Our research deals with stopping the administrative lawsuit and its forms ,then we go back to dealing with the procedures for each of these forms ,since the administrative lawsuit is characterized by some specificity ,it was necessary for us to clarify these characteristics that distinguish it from the civil lawsuit ,since the subject of our research is impossible in ist application to the Civil Procedure Code despite this specificity .And they followed suit the comparative approach in this research was divided into two section.
