The nature of the public job and its necessities oblige the subordinate to respect and enforce the orders of his administrative superior as one of the most important duties and ethics of the job, and in return for this obligation imposed by the administrative hierarchy system, there is a guarantee for the subordinate represented in the legalization of his enforcement of this matter whenever it results in a crime, but this permission is conditional on the availability of Specific conditions, including good faith, verification and investigation, and in the event that one of the legally required conditions for initiating the act is missing and resulting in a crime, the subordinate does not benefit from the reason for permissibility, and his responsibility is carried out according to the general rules.
