The crimes related to electric power are like most crimes that affect the internal security of the state and cause damage to public funds, and lead to negative repercussions on all the joints of the state and threaten its security and economic system, and impede the goals and plans for economic and political development, and the reasons and motives that push the perpetrators to commit these crimes vary. With terrorist, political, or economic purposes, and as a result of this importance, the legislator has given special attention to these crimes through the inclusion of penal texts that impose penalties on the perpetrators of these crimes, not to mention that their nature may have features that make them different from the rest of the crimes. Electric energy to achieve the desired goals, including it from the public funds allocated for the public benefit.
