We distinguish this center from other arbitration bodies of international trade, and perhaps the reason for this is due to being one of bodies of the World Bank and the latter's position at the State and therefore constitute a guarantee for the implementation of the provisions issued by him, and may be the reason for this lies in the means used by the settlement investment disputes, it does not depend only on the means of arbitration, but are not allowed to resort to it only after the failure of other approved means in a position of strength.
