Abstract
Iraqi-Turkish relations occupied an important and influential position in the regional and international arena, which reflected the desire of the two countries to maintain positive relations, through concluding several bilateral agreements at all geopolitical levels (security, military, economic), and the most important of these agreements is the Security Cooperation Agreement The strategic agreement between the two parties, which adopted several items, the most important of which is cooperation in the field of energy and economy, as well as security cooperation between the two countries This geopolitical rapprochement results in differences, in addition to the challenges and changes witnessed in the powerful arena, which affect the various geopolitical relations, through diplomatic exchange, visits, and dialogues between supporte
