Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) consider a revolutionary phenomenon in the world of technology and information. AI directly impacts all aspects of human life, including political, economic, military, and security spheres. It can also significantly influence international affairs, diplomacy, and international negotiations. AI assists and supports political decision-makers in making accurate decisions based on data from AI systems. AI's capabilities are no longer limited to enhancing decision-making efficiency; they have extended to bringing about a qualitative shift in government relations with the public by improving communication mechanisms, increasing the transparency of political processes, and accelerating responses to societal needs. Despite the expected gains and positive impacts of using AI applications, they also carry significant risks that could have negative repercussions on human life if their use is not regulated and controlled. To avert these risks, or at least mitigate them, especially in the political sphere, ethical guidelines for AI development should be established, ensuring transparency and accountability in AI-related decision-making, and safeguards should be built to prevent unintended consequences.
