This revolution produced advanced technologies, particularly AI technologies. The era we live in now deserves to be called the age of artificial intelligence, which will transform human life by creating intelligent and sophisticated computer devices and programs capable of thinking and functioning in much the same way as the human mind. This development has significantly impacted the perpetrators of crimes and the methods used to commit them. Crimes are now often committed using, on, or via computers or the internet. These modern digital tools have also aided in proving and detecting crimes, as AI plays a crucial role in uncovering the truth in most types of crimes, especially cybercrimes. Cybercrimes are committed within an information technology environment, where computers and digital networks are the primary tools. The information stored on the computer and its networks is the target. Cybercrimes are committed during any stage of an automated information processing system, whether input, processing, or output. Furthermore, cybercrime has a multi-faceted geographical scope, as its production is not limited to any one country. Humanity shares in the benefits of this technology. This artistic literary output, in addition to the illegal use of this medium and network, has been characterized by globalization.
