Abstract

Dr. Osama Al-Saidi's contributions to international and regional political studies and research are grounded and precise. He is an expert in this field and a respected scholar. His extensive experience in his field and his extensive cultural and media knowledge, coupled with his strong foundations and capabilities, have positioned him as a prominent figure in the field of political studies in Iraq and the Arab world.
These and other reasons have greatly motivated me to select one of his important political works, which has been a valuable resource for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. Because it contains a large amount of scientific, cognitive and political material that researchers and scholars rely on in their studies and research. In addition to this, Professor Dr. Osama Al-Saeedi was one of our inspirations in our field of specialization because of his scientific and encyclopedic knowledge that made us unable to escape the need for him. In addition to that, the book that was the subject of our research and study is an important source that researchers in this field need.
