Because as a result it has contributed to the increase and the world of the Internet, especially social networking sites, contributes to increasing the speed of participation in intellectual extremism among all components of society, especially the youth category, which represents the largest part of users of social networking sites, and what the Internet contributes to is bad results and social risks. In view of this matter, which participates and requires its union and opposition, which leads to research in legal texts and systems that constitute a prevention and deterrence for all parties promoting intellectual extremism on the one hand and protecting society on the other hand.
