This research, entitled (Criminal Response to Offensive Publication of Persons with Disabilities), deals with a topic related to the acts of publishing, broadcasting, or displaying through various media outlets any media materials, whether pictures, drawings, films, or programs that offend or convey incorrect and negative concepts about persons with disabilities. The crime is one of the new developments in the criminalization policy in the First Amendment Law to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs Law No. 11. For the year 2024 in Article 20/first repeated pursuant to Article (13) thereof. We have addressed the subject according to a plan consisting of two sections, the first of which we devoted to examining the concept of the crime, while the second section addressed examining the substantive provisions of the crime, to conclude after that with a conclusion that includes the most important results and recommendations reached by the research, which we hope the legislator will listen to, including adding a prison sentence for a period not exceeding one year and increasing the limits of the fine and publishing the ruling issued in it.
