Abstract
The world is currently witnessing an unprecedented revolution. Perhaps the most prominent manifestation of this revolution is artificial intelligence, which has come to dominate all areas of life. There is no doubt that artificial intelligence is of great importance in real life, given its many advantages. However, these advantages are also accompanied by several concerns that cannot be ignored. Given the importance of artificial intelligence and its penetration into various aspects of life, countries and the international community have given it special attention. In this research, we have attempted to highlight the legal regulation of artificial intelligence at the domestic and international levels. It has become clear to us that the legal regulation established for it at the international level does not meet our aspirations, in addition to the near-total absence of legal regulation at the local level. This requires greater attention to the issue of regulation at both the domestic and international levels.
