Abstract
Esthetic Processes have become a popular option for many, with most procedures involving the use of synthetic materials sourced from various origins and compositions. Since the plastic surgery is carried out within a contractual framework, the doctor is obligated to use the materials agreed upon with the client or those that meet their legitimate expectations. This is particularly relevant because cosmetic centers often advertise materials in catalogs or advertisements. Therefore, the doctor must adhere to using the exact materials specified in the contract, as the client is a consumer of the cosmetic service and the doctor is a professional. Given that these materials are applied to the human body, which is inherently private, this commitment becomes even more critical. This study seeks to explore the concept of conformity in the cosmetic contract between the doctor and client, detailing how the doctor can fulfill this commitment. It highlights the importance of both material and legal precautions taken by the doctor before the contract is made, as well as the necessary steps throughout the procedure to ensure the doctor's adherence to the agreed-upon materials.
