Abstract
Achieving a democratic formation, of which electoral districts are one of its tools, requires the availability of the principle of impartiality and justice by the authority responsible for appointing electoral districts, and ensuring the correctness of the methods and factors adopted in the process of classifying them and the results resulting from them, in addition to a commitment to the existence of oversight by a neutral authority supervising the process of classifying them, the electoral districts themselves, with the aim of ensuring the integrity of the constitutional principles necessary for their fairness and not violating them, and this independent body is represented by the constitutional judiciary, which plays a prominent role in activating many of the fair legal principles related to the classification of electoral districts, and this is evident according to its ruling issued in this regard, creating the legal system for the classification process and confirming its rulings.
