Abstract
International criminal provisions are essential tools in the achievement of international criminal justice s rights and to hold accountable the perpetrators of international crimes that threaten international peace and security, Such provisions as genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity are not merely written texts but are concrete steps towards achieving justice for affected communities in an era of increasing human rights violations and armed conflict, However, the international criminal courts that handed down these judgments require cooperation in order to effectively enforce the judgments. international criminal justice ", where this is the final and crucial stage in the achievement of international criminal justice, Such justice cannot be reflected without the implementation of the provisions of these provisions. These courts lack penal institutions as well as their own police force, States and international organizations must therefore cooperate with them both by arresting persons. or extradite them to the courts or exert political and diplomatic pressure on States to implement these provisions, In this regard, international cooperation faces many challenges, including with regard to national sovereignty, including with regard to political considerations... etc., which causes weakness in the implementation of these provisions.
