Abstract
There has been a major change in the role of the judge and his management of the civil suit. The judge no longer has the negative role that was drawn for him by traditional evidence jurisprudence. Rather, the judge has a positive role in the course of the dispute and its management in order to limit the power of the parties over the civil suit procedures. This positive role is clearly found in several legal texts. Legislation often addresses in their texts, and jurists and researchers in their writings and academic research, the organization of the judicial system, focusing the light on the judge primarily as the backbone of the judicial system. However, the judge alone cannot carry out all the functional burdens alone, but they must have people to assist them in their job. These people represent one side of the judicial triangle, performing important roles in order to achieve justice. Their job has a great impact on the smooth running of the judicial service and the regularity of judicial procedures, as well as the validity and invalidity of the judicial procedure, and consequently the opponents obtain or lose their rights. Therefore, in view of the important role of the judge and his assistants, we focus on the procedural duties of the judge and his assistants
