Abstract
The phenomenon of sports doping receives great attention on the international and national fields, especially as it directly violates the ethics of sports and affects the proper conduct of sports competitions, and international and national legislators have tried to reduce this phenomenon, and the solutions that have been put forward have varied between criminalizing this phenomenon and considering it a crime in some countries and reducing the penalty And make them disciplinary sanctions for athletes who doping. The research problem can be summarized in answering the following questions: What is meant by sports stimulants, what are the ways through which athletes can be deterred from taking these stimulants, what is the position of international agreements and national laws on this subject and whether the treatments that were proposed limit the use of stimulants or not. As for the research methodology and to answer the research problem, the analytical method was adopted to analyze international and national texts and a comparative method was also used whenever necessary.
