Abstract
Political parties are a fundamental pillar in the democratic system, and the main and influential actor in the political system of any country that embraces party pluralism because of the roles they play in political decision-making and what has been achieved for them in order to reach power or participate in it through real programs that touch allrequirements, whether social, economic or political, and Jordan and Morocco Among these countries that have known political parties since the inception of the beginning of the twentieth century and still are, where constitutional and legal frameworks and the research question is to indicate what is the reality of party pluralism in the Jordanian and Moroccan political and constitutional system , although the controversy over this chapter dates back to a somewhat distant era, when analysts were dealing with the text of article 19 with a kind of flexibility, considering that it is a chapter that recognizes the historical characteristics of the Moroccan personality, and expresses the symbolic and moral link to religious traditions. , and point out that its application does not affect in practice the normal functioning of political life?. The research has reached several conclusions and recommendations.
