The study produced a set of results, including that the concept of legal mechanisms to confront violations of pipelines and oil fields of the Ministry of Oil in Iraq can be implemented within a set of frameworks that achieve justice and punish the transgressor, the most prominent of which are the independence of the judiciary, not influencing it, establishing rights, and opening doors or so in order to achieve justice.
