Abstract
Humanitarian work includes a set of measures intended to alleviate the pain and suffering of those affected by humanitarian crises, whether armed conflicts or natural disasters. Those undertaking humanitarian work rely on humanitarian principles such as neutrality, impartiality and independence to obtain acceptance from the conflicting parties to ensure the timely delivery of humanitarian aid and services. deserving of it, Today, however, humanitarian work faces many challenges and obstacles, such as kidnappings and violence against people doing humanitarian work, as well as the spread of epidemics and pandemics in unsafe environments, which endangers the lives of those doing humanitarian work and many difficulties that prevented the timely delivery of the humanitarian needs of those affected.
The problem lies in the fact that despite the importance of international humanitarian work in areas of armed conflict, especially in cases of public health emergencies, as well as its importance in those areas in normal situations in the international community, and despite the existence of many international documents specifying how to practice humanitarian work and the existence of many international institutions that carry out this work.
