Abstract

Public funds is the main means of managing public facilities . Therefore, it must be preserved in order to achieve public benefit. Public funds must also be used well. Whether , this money is real estate or movable property . In accordance with the laws regulations and instructions that regulate work in the management of public funds. Therefore, the administration must make every effort to preserve this money. In order to achieve this the administration must in preventing infringement or violation of public funds by any party. With an explanation of the effectiveness of these means in protection public funds in Iraq in light of the massive abuses of public funds . In addition to the rampant corruption in state departments . The most important recommendations are the necessity of working to creating a central specialized body with branches in the governorates that will carry out this responsibility. We also recommend tightening the penalties for trespassing on public funds whether by employees or ordinary individuals.
