Geopolitical theories are an important basis in the Russian academic debate in different historical eras, due to the Russian mentality’s belief in the importance of the Russian geopolitical location in the heart of the world, and the Duginian theory did not stray from this proposition, as it represented an extension of Eurasian thought in an attempt to demonstrate that Russia possesses the historical, civilizational and material capabilities necessary to be a nucleus. Unifying the continents of the ancient world based on a new, comprehensive, non-exclusive theory according to a Eurasian vision that allows the creation of regional blocs with Russian support to confront the Atlantic axis led by the United States of America.
