The narrow view of the concept of international criminal justice undoubtedly affects its objective field and thus its application, many legal literature were falling into a lot of confusion, The legal literature took a look at the concept of International criminal justice and International criminal law from (The jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court), has led to a look deficient took the view that what falls within the Jurisdiction of the international justice is the scope of international criminal justice objective itself.This study seeks to change this narrow view and formulate the concept of international criminal justice
