Abstract
The relationship between power and the economy in the Iraqi constitution of 2005 tends to adopt social justice according to likely opinion, but the lack of parliamentary efficiency and effective government coordination Represent legal reasons to prevent legislation with long-term plans to combat unemployment, as well as the difficulty of providing judicial protection because relationship between the right to work and available resources is strong.With reference to economic laws, we find that they lack the obligation to provide easy loans to the unemployed to work without interest, and that they lack government support for private sector companies, as well as the lack of special protection for small enterprises under the tax law and, Iraqi workers in the framework of Investment Law
