Abstract
This study deals with the Law of the Border Crossing Authority and what this law contributed to in developing solutions to the obstacles that the border crossings were suffering from in Iraq, but despite the successes achieved by it, the commercial reality in Iraq indicates the opposite. Trade in Iraq is still suffering from a deteriorating situation, and it cannot be said that it has met a rise in its rates after the issuance of this law. Therefore, in this research we have shed light on the most important obstacles that contribute significantly to the decline in the commercial level in Iraq
