Abstract
The impact of the spread of the Coronavirus, directly or indirectly, on various areas of life, including services provided by government institutions, including the judiciary facility, as the interruption of courts to consider the case hindered the rights of litigants and their opponents. As a result, the interests were negatively affected, and in the same context the work of the courts was affected by the accumulation of cases and legal problems related to appeals in judicial decisions and others. Accordingly, the circumstances that accompanied the spread of the Corona virus showed the importance of electronic litigation as a successful solution in avoiding many of the obstacles and problems associated with the traditional sense of litigation, so it was necessary to highlight the concept of electronic litigation, the importance and requirements as an urgent and important necessity in the era of speed and technological development witnessed by the world..
