Riots in stadiums considered social phenomenon spread in all
international and local stadiums, swept all collective and
Individual fields being wide spread.
 In Iraq for example people celebrates by shooting in air randomly if
they want to encouraging the sports team or when he win which result
in killing or injuring too many people or may be caused permanent
disabling to others. other than all kinds of damages which may
occurred in public and private property.
 In spite of that we notice that these events didn’t have enough or
sufficient amount of attention from the legislative and executive 

authorities rather than, large shortage of community awareness, like
workshops, social media and other roots of announcement which can
be necessary to reduce these wrong practices.
 Now we tried in this research to focus on the acceptable limits of
violence in Stadiums and its legal basic, in first topic, as some of sport
games based on violence like wrestling, boxing and football in a lot of
times, so we have to put instructions to those games which should be
quite enough to ban violence as much as we can.
 While we studied in second topic the procedures of administration to
treat with the Riots in stadiums and its basic responsibility in
consumption of damages in those cases that it exceeds its authority
causing hurts of souls and private property and the rules which the
administration should follow.
In this research we notice that there are too many shortages in our
legal system that we have to treat with it, so we give recommendations
for that purpose.
 Hopping that we succeeded in presenting this effort.
