Abstract

Since justice is a must to be achieved in any society to ensure its
continuity and development, it requires the legislator to be able to cope
with rapid developments in society, including the desire to resolve
disputes in concise and convincing ways to the parties to the conflict
without canceling the role of the judiciary or upset And this is reflected
in the procedures that allow the end of the conflict in simplified ways
according to the provisions of the law, which can be called consensual
justice because it is based mainly on the satisfaction of the parties to
the conflict.
