Abstract
Custody is one of the most temporary measures through which the disputed money is preserved, in addition to that, it allows the quick fulfillment of the right when it is judged, which achieves a benefit for the conflicting parties, which results in reducing effort and expenses, as guarding of all kinds leads to preventing harm to the owners The matter is in the event that the dispute continues, and the money remains in the hands of the possessor, especially during the deadlines required for adjudication on the subject of the right in the event that a lawsuit is filed in it.However, custody as a measure to protect funds entails several obligations on the person responsible for it in the event of a breach of these obligations, but his responsibility does not arise only from the breach of his personal action only, but rather his responsibility for the damages caused by the funds in custody and the damages caused by consequential damages
