Abstract
In the framework of regulating the exceptional administrative and financial oversight role of the Public Prosecutor, Public Prosecution Law No. 49 of 2017 was promulgated, which gave the Public Prosecutor an exceptional role in dealing with cases of financial and administrative corruption by instituting and investigating cases, through the establishment of an office The financial and administrative public prosecution in the ministries and independent bodies, with the aim of establishing a legal organization to move towards a specialized claim with an exceptional oversight role in combating corruption, as the "administrative and financial public prosecution" enjoys specific powers similar to the prerogatives granted to investigating judges, and the researcher tries to explain the nature of these procedures and their legal value, and the competencies granted to the public prosecutor in an exception and the powers assigned to him
