The Republic President under the constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005, is considered as the first executive person, the protector of the constitution, the head of the state, and many legislations give him executive powers, whether in normal or exceptional circumstances, and under exceptional circumstances, these competencies expand in order to protect the state if it exposed to unusual circumstances, internal or external.
