The legislator always seeks to protect interests from the various sources of aggression , whether internal or external and these interests are represented in protecting the regular forces in question , so the legislator seeks to protect them in various legislations, as these legislations are embodied in the penal code , the penal code of the internal security forces and the Military penal code from By permitting acts they perform while performing duty or because of it according to certain conditions and criminalizing attacks affecting their integrity, whether material or moral , as well as providing procedural protection , which should be in line with advanced protection systems consistent with technologic al advancements and the intended process of permeation
