There is no doubt that the unlawful attack on the security of sports facilities affects that indicated benefit resulting from it, and from here the legislation has hastened to confront these attacks in response to the importance of the legitimate interest and the seriousness of the continuing attacks on it, and also to respond to the requirements of the International Sports Federation decisions that obligate states to maintain the security of Sports facilities, and this legislative confrontation is classified by criminal jurisprudence in special penal legislation.
