Abstract
Private presses practice various activities، including those related to printing،including other activities related to printing، such as selling، trading and publishing what they print، and this is often done by agreement between the author of the work to be printed or published and sold and the owner of the printing press، but sometimes the owners of the printing press reproduce،publish، sell and circulate Written works without obtaining permission to do so from the copyright owner or his heirs after him، the crime of piracy of written works is realized through the violation of copyright rights that copyright protection legislation or intellectual property legislation ensured appropriate legal protection for it by imposing a criminal penalty on all Whoever infringes the legally defined copyright
