This study focused on defining the concept of crimes against honor and the most prominent characteristics of these crimes were discussed distinguishing them from what is similar to them as distinguishing them from honor crimes and crimes against the honor of the job. The Code of Criminal Procedure and the consequent deprivation of some rights and privileges as well as the impact of breach of honor on the description of the crime and the assessment of the penalty a set of results and recommendations have been reached
