Abstract
It is known that the employee is in an organizational legal center governed by the laws, regulations, and instructions related to the public job, and his relationship with the administration is not permanent, but ends for one of the reasons, including referral to retirement, resignation and dismissal. by reset method. Accordingly, the reappointment includes enabling the employee to perform the job again in the administration, after his job relationship with the administration was cut off, as Iraq witnessed in different eras stages of economic deterioration and security and political turmoil, which prompted a number of employees to leave the public job, especially in The times when the private sector has witnessed a relative recovery relative to the public sector, and the administration may need more employees to fill the shortage in the human means in the job work, as well as the use of experienced employees and those with rare specializations and efficiency, for all of the foregoing granting the law an exception for re-appointment
