The study examines a topic of importance in practical life, which is renewable energy, and there are many successful experiences of countries that have almost completely converted to the use of clean energy, after the countries suffer from the disadvantages of fossil energy, if the use of energy in general is one of the features of the times in light of The terrible boom in the field of industry and modern technology, but the regulation of contracts concluded in this field is still the subject of research and jurisprudential controversy, especially with regard to the nature of those contracts and to which laws they are subject.
