Abstract
It can be said that no theory has affected the field of contract as much as the theory of will. This theory has dominated legal thought for a period of time, not short, so that it has become the ruling in the field of creating contracts and arranging their effects. However, the ideas that built the building blocks of this theory were not far from criticism. It is not impossible to influence, and perhaps the most prominent thing affected by this theory is the interventions of the legislator in the field of contractual relations, so that these relation have become an organizational character and no longer have an absolute voluntary character. This is what we will cover in this research
