Speed is one of the important issues in commercial law, and its violation entails civil liability arising from delays in implementing commercial obligations. Scattered between laws of a commercial nature that deal with some cases of delay in the implementation of the obligation, taking into account the general provisions of civil liability and adapting them in line with the nature of the subject under discussion, to formulate general provisions governing civil liability arising from delays in the implementation of commercial obligations
