This study searches for the powers granted to the trustee as a judicial legal representative for interdicted persons, and what are his limits in disposing of this money? What are the behaviors that may values him? Does he need to get permission from the competent authorities in order to do this? What is the ruling on the behavior that he does without obtaining permission in order to do it? Did the law on the care of minors specify the powers and actions that the trustee may exercise or leave them to the general rules of civil law, especially with regard to the management of common funds? What is the position of Islamic jurisprudence on all of the above? This is what we will try to show and answer during our research
