The research deals with the effectiveness of international arbitration under the umbrella of the Iraqi Center for International Commercial Arbitration، which represents one of the serious steps in which Iraq seeks to adopt the institutional arbitration system، and arbitration centers play a key role in providing the necessary guarantees to encourage foreign investment in general، which is an indispensable step. The research reviews the problems that accompany the management of the arbitral process in light of the rules of the Center and the determinants of the Iraqi Civil Procedure Code، to determine its effectiveness and suitability to be the arbitration institution that reflects the advancement of the reality of international commercial arbitration in Iraq.
