The phenomenon of bullying is not a result today, but it is an old phenomenon, but the expansion of the use of modern technology means or the aggravation of this phenomenon and its role in recent times, and with it shows the importance of criminal law as the appropriate means to confront this phenomenon and protect society from its danger, and as a result the legislator in many countries of the world began to adopt legislative texts criminalizing the forms and images of bullying as the Egyptian legislator did by enacting laws and inventing the detectors for bullying and trying to educate society against This phenomenon and its dangers of abuse and psychological and physical harm from person to person or to a group of people and through different means.
