Studies related to the protection of the elderly at the international level are modern issues and that international documents included them with protection like the rest of the individuals. It is commensurate with the social and economic changes for the general community, and for the elderly in particular, until the adoption of an international agreement to protect them. It is necessary to know the basis and legal guarantees for their protection at the national level, through this research paper
