Promotion in the internal security forces represents one of the most important pillars on which the police function is based, because the promotion motivates the employees of this facility to work security and their hope to progress in the administrative ladder of this institution, in order to combine the material and moral advantages covered by the promotion, where the position of officer in the administrative ladder rises as a result of taking a higher job than his previous job, in addition to the resulting increase in his salary, and is also considered one of the most important means of filling jobs The supreme in the security facility as it instills enthusiasm in the members of the internal security forces to braid these functions when the necessary efficiency is available, in addition to the incentive to do the best that the members of that facility have for security tasks efficiently and effectively to develop the level of police function, all of this reflects positively on the security facility as a whole as it makes the security facility develop properly
