This research contains two aspects of the law, a traditional aspect embodied in the subject of judicial jurisprudence and a modern aspect embodied in the issue of civil liability arising from artificial intelligence techniques, Artificial jurisprudence, in order to address the legislative deficiency of modern developments, with an indication of the methods of treatment, which is taking into account the evolving interpretation of the existing law based on looking at the wisdom of the legislation as well as the judge’s reliance on what his conscience dictates to him and his sense of fairness, and this matter means establishing a new legal base on the That this rule does not violate public order and morals.
