This study deals with the issue of adapting the cinematic stunt double contract in terms of the contractual models which organized by the civil law, and focuses on this issue from the angle of the stunt double who is an alternative of the real star in the cinematic film, we aim to determinate the range of legal rules that govern this contract. So in this research we analyze the information in order to reach the required results and recommendations.
