International cooperation with the International Criminal Court includes a group of complex concepts due to its association with some similar concepts، and it also includes a group of aspects of cooperation in terms of concerted efforts to achieve common benefits. And that is by its clear and explicit reference to the investigation in the plural form (investigations) in crimes، so that any part or procedure of the investigation procedures is included under the name of cooperation between states in what is conducted by all branches of the court and its agencies - including the public prosecution - within the frameworks of its competence، as it stipulated ( Cooperation between the state parties shall take place in accordance with the provisions of this Statute، and there shall be full cooperation with the court and its proceedings، within the framework of its competence in terms of investigations and prosecutions of crimes.
