The constitutional organization of the public authorities in the countries under comparison, including the clarification of their formation and competence, is one of the important issues that shows the nature of the work of these authorities and the relationship between them. In spite of what some constitutions tackle in a clear and explicit text concerning the type of the political system that they embrace within the texts of the constitution, the features of this system are not determined merely by the text related to the form of the system in isolation from the rest of the texts, but it must be considered to form each of the legislative and executive authority in order to identify some aspects of cooperation and balance between them.In this regard, it should be noted that the matter is not limited to clarifying and reviewing the constitutional organization in order to determine the nature of the formation of the authorities and their competencies, but the analysis of the political reality must also be done in order to identify the internal deviations, if there were, that occurred in the political system in the countries under comparison, since they have an important influence on the aspects of cooperation and balance between the authorities.
